Q: I need access to my purchased Pismo! Day4 of no feedback

Q: Why can’t I get Access to Pismo?
I have just bought pismo and I can’t get to access to it because one of my email account on appsumo doesn’t function well. The account is [email protected] and it’s not showing purchase history and the purchased product. I have tried to contact appsumo with all evidence of purchase and they have not replied. I bought this product on 4th of October 2024 and so it’s now been 3 days without me getting access to pismo. I don’t like to harass people but I like to be honest this needs to be fixed as soon as possible.3 days is too long and the last thing I might ask is a refund but that’s not what I need for now. I have a secondary email account you might send me the link through that option.let’s fix this and I will delete this message here when the issue is resolved
