Please Fix It - highlighted texts ignored

Simply because 9 out of 10 times it can\u0027t fetch the copied text into the program therefore it can\u0027t do any of the things on the menu, the program has become useless to me. I am back to copy paste my text into other desktop AI\u0027s.
