Q: Please explain some quotas
Some of the specified quotas are not entirely clear to me; could you please explain in more detail what exactly is meant by them?
- Downloads per month?
- Presentations per month?
- Avatar minutes per month: what are your experiences, i.e., how many seconds are needed per avatar use per user?

I'm happy to comment on them.
- By downloads per month means: on Pitch Avatar, we have an option to download the result in MP4 as a video or create a link to your presentation. So the number of these downloads is limited by a definite number per month;
- By the number of presentations per month means the number of PPTX or PDF files that you can upload to our platform per month to make them interactive (by adding voice-over or avatar) or using them as content for your Chat-avatar.
- In case of an AI avatar, minutes for Chat-avatar when it supports dialogue with the user, 1 minute equals 20 Q&As, whatever the length they are. Based on our experience, the average dialogue with Chat-avatar lasts 6-8 questions and answers (about 0.5 minutes). But of course, it depends on your scenario. We can help you with the approximation of the AI avatar minutes you need if you share with us your scenarios.
