The software idea is brilliant, but the price and the minor bugs!

Thank you for your response and support. At QS24, we have approximately 40 million TV viewers per month on YouTube alone, and more than 200 million per year on TV and other platforms.
If I were to install the tool in our newspaper (600,000 copies per quarter), more than 50,000 users would use it.

So you see, with the system and pricing plans you have, it will hardly be feasible. The pricing is definitely unattractive for all companies, and not many will be enthusiastic about it. I have X companies where I could use the tool, but with the pricing plan, I use a different tool.

PS: The minutes have not been replaced to date.

I purchased and tested the Tier 3 software. My idea and the concept are actually top-notch, but unfortunately, the implementation and pricing structure are absolutely unusable.

When you pay over two hundred dollars for Tier 3 and then only get twenty-five minutes of AI avatar responses per month, it's obvious that a lifetime deal is offered, but then minutes are sold separately. Other competing products have a much better solution, and it would be completely unaffordable for us. We have a company with two hundred million visitors a year, and we couldn't even integrate such an avatar. Within ten seconds, our account would be depleted, or we would have to purchase plans that would be astronomically expensive.

Even if there is an enterprise plan, it's not fair. The price-performance ratio, even with a lifetime deal, is absolutely a no-go. Limiting to twenty-four minutes—there are simply other solutions on the market that do this much better.

Furthermore, during testing, I noticed several small issues that the support did address, but of course, this needs improvement. At the moment, I can only say: With the problems I've identified, the software is simply not functionally usable in a professional setting. Especially the avatar cuts off mid-sentence, stops speaking halfway through, there are constant interruptions, or the avatar provides completely incorrect information. This happens regardless of how you configure it.

Currently, the software is just in the beta stage for me, nothing more. I created a test link, and you can immediately see the various issues that arise. The price-performance ratio is just not right, especially not with an AppSumo subscription with twenty-five minutes at Tier 3. It's really off the mark.

It's also problematic that the video presentation is limited, and then the message comes up to upgrade. A commercial idea was implemented here that is simply not well thought out and makes the software totally unusable for the business sector. It won't achieve great success this way.

Hi @BeatAmbord, I'm very sorry for your experience.
In response to your statement, please let me know how many minutes of AI avatar communication you are planning to have so that we could consider the most appropriate offer for you.
For now, I can tell you that for this quarter, we plan to release a "cache functionality". It means that the avatar will remember questions that have been asked, and for the next time when the user asks the same question, the Avatar won't consume minutes, but will use the cache. So the longer you use and train your avatar, the fewer minutes it will consume. That is the idea, please let me know how do you find it?
I'll also be happy to share our best practices with you on how to optimize AI avatar minutes consumption for a high-traffic website.

Regarding the bugs you've encountered, our team is already working on fixing them. I'll let you know right here when the avatar's speech will be fixed.
