Q: Hello, I got the app and LOVE it.

Where has it been all my life? I picked up license Tier 3 and I've created some videos over the last couple of days, and I've been experiencing some error messages. After all the scenes are generated, I've gotten a few videos that say "Failed," and there's nothing I can change or modify to make it work, so I've had to start over a couple of times. Today, the system kicked me out entirely, mid-session. Tried logging back in via the Appsumo link, and get the message "User Not Found." Is there a tech support email for situations like these? Hoping you can help!
