I have used this service for a while and never had any issues until now. I have not heard back from support.

I am trying to use icons but it has been weeks since the elements menu stopped working. Support has not responded
I have seen good reviews for pixelied. I have canva pro account, vista create & recently purchased quickads ai. I have not seen any support for BYOK. As background removal credits can definitely use own AI key.
Hey, how do the Ai image generation credits per month exactly work? If I have 40 credits per month, it doesn't mean I can create 40 images, right? Unless I like the first creation... But if the image is not yet what I wanted and I edit it, it always takes new credits, doesn't it? Could you explain? Thanks a lot
Hi Pixelied Team, I noticed that my background remover credits are being used when I use AI image tools like AI Photo Enhancer and AI Photo Sharpener. Are these AI tools not free? If so, does that mean my background remover credits will be consumed quickly?
