Q: Why Pro+ plan features are not working?

I previously purchased your product, and according to the deal terms, I should have access to the Pro+ plan features. Although I rarely use the platform, I logged in today to sharpen an image and was surprised to see a prompt asking me to upgrade to the Pro+ plan.
Could you please provide the email address for your support team? I was unable to find one on your platform.
