I've used Canva, Crello so far.

Pixelied differentiates itself from the bunch with the ability to upload and edit vector images. It also has a strong library of image assets, and the platform is very intuitive.

Suggestion:
- Ability to edit EPS file.

Pros
- Great UI
- Ability to edit vector images
- Great selection of assets
- Lots of useful tools, like box shadows, layers, etc.

Cons
- Small bug that prevents from adding recently uploaded images to the canvas
- Can't drag and drop images onto the canvas to upload photos (a minor complaint, but would improve the UX)
- BG remover is very little (hopefully you can double the credits or apply roll-over feature)

No-brainer for $49.
