Q: Yikes!

When I saw one taco review, that changed my mind. I think I will stick to Moovly and for premium template Banner Boo.

There is a screen recording included in that 1 taco review though. You never addressed this anywhere, from what I can see. Won't you at least acknowledge that this particular user was getting 500 server errors, as he was saying?

Now I'm here, looking at your product and considering buying it, and all I see if you (or your team) calling him a liar (essentially), when he's got a screen recording showing clearly he's telling the truth.

So far, this doesn't give me confidence... please address his 500 errors, and video recording directly, explain what is the cause and solution to his problem, and that will be better for your path forward and success here on appsumo.

We didn't call a liar (essentially or not) anyone here šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø We immediately tried to solve the problem by testing and asking email us. But we didn't receive any comments or emails which is what I wrote in an answer above.

Thousands of videos are edited per day on Pixiko and there is no 500 error from any of the users. To fix that problem we should connect and communicate with this user (and we tried it!), because there are many reasons why something may not work for this PARTICULAR user (when for another users everything is OK): may be it depends on plugins or something else.

And now we are still open and ready to help 🤠

Normally I do not agree with removing reviews because it is important for us to know someone's experience (good or bad). But I do think it was good in this case that Appsumo removed that review because 1: it was your first review (this can be damaging and they were not responding to your attempts to address their concerns and 2: I thought their review was unfair (Although I have not used it).

We can usually tell when someone is being unfair and I do not let it affect my decisions, when I see the creators respond with patience to such people this actually makes me more likely to purchase. Thank you for coming to appsumo and wish your Pixko the best.
