Some similar tools allow you to design using CSS Flexbox and CSS Grid.
In other words, you put element onto the canvas and give it a property (in the properties panel)
The items on the canvas then behave the same as CSS Grid / CSS Flexbox does on a website.
The CSS / HTML code for the flex and grid items can then be copied into a HTML document or stylesheet.
