Using DesignWizard, or any other tools, you will get the same results when it came to images. Each graphic editor has more or fewer options and experience in the creative process. For example, with PixTeller, you can have a circle, concave, convex text filter.

The main differences come with animations. Most editors allow you to add text or other effects over a video. With PixTeller, you can make video motions between static elements. For example, you can create animated logos or play and animate a single image.

My suggestion is to give a little time and try to play with the timeline (I know it is a small learning curve). You will see the difference.
