1- In the settings section, the mail and username changes very simply. This is not good for security. To change this information, the existing password can be asked or mail confirmation can be made.

It's the first time somebody asks to complicate things in the user settings section from hundreds of requests. Somehow I understand the logic here, but we want to keep things as simple as possible - so I will write your request, but I don't know if we will make adjustments here.
