I honestly have been using Pixteller for more than a year now and with the ton of design tools that I already have (and new ones popping out almost each day) and part of my Designpreneurs Toolkit.

🌮 How do you compare Pixteller and Pixlr?
Actually they are two different tools. Pixlr is more into image editing / compositing. Pixteller is into making designs for Web and Print + Videos (mp4, gif, webp) in minutes using pre-made templates or start one from scratch.

🌮 How does Pixteller compare with Crello / Canva?
There is one feature of Pixteller that is not in both, and that is their keyframe editor (do check out my mini tutorial in the link above, or if you already did keyframe animations, then you are good to go!)

So what do I like about Pixteller?
🌮 Pixteller has thousands of pre-made animated templates that are "unique" to its platform
🌮 Built in Image library (photos and illustrations)
🌮 Line and Freehand (pencil) drawing - so this platform works on a touchscreen device with a pen accessory. Tried it on iPad when I was in another country and it works!
🌮 Text Filters like Concave and Convex (i.e. Text on a Circle) which has not been done by other platforms as far as i know
🌮 Render as GIF, MP4, or WEBP
🌮 The editor performs so fast, it has all the features of a fully functioning desktop editor (i.e. Affinity Designer / Photo)
🌮 Masking and Clipping
🌮 Shadows and Borders

What needs some improvement?
🌮 I think they should work on importing videos and sounds as modern times require quickly rendering a video or two with a catchy tune!
🌮 animated elements (like GIFs) in the library or to be imported
🌮 a mobile app would come in handy, although the platform itself can be ran from a mobile web browser (maybe an ipad for the screen real estate)
