I purchased a multi-tier deal in March. I setup campaigns on multiple platforms with great anticipation (I've used many tools to optimize Google Ads and loved the idea of consolidating multiple ad platforms under one tool). Things were all good for about a week or two; data was flowing in, and I was eager to see what magical AI optimizations would happen for my campaigns. Then they all disappeared, no data, no campaigns, nothing. (this was before the big disconnect Plai is now dealing with Google Ads). I never experienced anything positive with the tool.

I've tried multiple times to reach out to support but do not get clear solutions or resolution. At the most I'm told they'll look into it or that it's a Google issue. It's been over a month now with no resolution...this software has been the biggest bust I've experienced through Appsumo. I sincerely hope they resolve their issues, as I think the idea behind their software is great, but between the actual software not working and the lack of real help from support, I'm moving on to better solutions.
