DISAPPOINTED
I waited a while before writing this review. This is reality
The software is intuitive and simple but also simplistic!
When you create a campaign for conversions, one for INTERACTIONS actually comes out. Quite different thing and those who have already done fb ads from the facebook business manager KNOW.
Having a performant CTR is useless and nothing if it is applied to an interaction campaign, rather than a conversion campaign.
They can't fool customers that the campaign works because there are so many interactions. the FIRST THING we teach is that with likes you don't pay your bills what matters is the CONVERSION and I tried it on a funnel that already CONVERTS and that is the most ATTRACTIVE funnel there is right now in Italy , due to the super famous characters in Italy who attract leads with ease.
I did a test with two campaigns with the same creative one set by me (by my business manager) and one set by Plai

The one on Plai NO (very few) and therefore the lead cost SALE a lot
It is clear that it is because the type of public to which fb shows that type of campaign IS NOT the one who loves to do that type of action (subscribe or buy) but INTERACTIONS (therefore scrolling and fucking clicking)
I don't see campaigns for likes (maybe I didn't find it)
A Google campaign hasn't started yet after so many days
It doesn't seem to me that google campaigns can be used to end up in the advertising banners of other sites, but only in the google search engine (but maybe I haven't found/understood this too)
THE REAL BIG THING IS that assistance is lacking.
They reply after a couple of days and they take as many to give you an answer that IS NEVER RESOLUTIVE, this means that with an active campaign in which you put money in every day (a few or a lot doesn't count) losing a week/10 days to solving a problem can be frustrating!
Right now it already is for me, since I'm doing some tests, but it becomes BAD if you're working for your customers who want IMMEDIATE ANSWERS.
Too bad, I believed it A LOT and invested in it by taking the biggest package but at the moment IT'S NOT WORTH IT! I hope they manage to develop it focusing ONLY on the important features, I.E. ADS, rather than landing pages or other functions that are useless if the ads don't work as they should, and MOSTLY that someone GIVE ME THE RIGHT ANSWERS AND THE RIGHT AVAILABILITY, otherwise I will request a FULL refund within 30 days
I give two tacos for the idea, the intuitive graphical interface, but the substance is still missing
