Good Potential currently limitations
I setup a campaign on FB platform and it is not comprehensive in options. For example it does not support few things I tried to add :
1) Lead generation - not possible, by default only creates Traffic option. FB AD has many options but Plai does not even prompt for these options, don't know why..
2) FB AD has certain steps and sub-steps and they have an i icon which to me appears esy to understand. Plai completely skips many options so you don't know what you are missing if you have not used FB ADs platform directly.
3) For my campaign, I setup Mumbai city but I cannot setup suburbs within Mumbai. Support mentioned they may consider this in future.
4) Editing an existing AD is kind of difficult - UI is not very intuitive - have to second guess what my current ad settings are for each step. This UI can be fixed easily I guess
5) Wish there was a easy way to duplicate and edit existing AD campaign for another campaign. It is easy to do so in FB AD directly.
6) Request - If I create AD in Plai then duplicate it in FB AD directly, can Plai link to this new/duplicate AD so I see analytics/stats from Plai platform?
support has been great they have responded promptly but the replies were mostly that we will consider this in future sorry not available today - so I am not sure. I am on the fence on this and thus downgraded from tier 3 to tier 1. Holding on to this hoping they will incorporate some of the above suggestions in a few weeks.

However, we do understand that there are more advanced users like yourself that can benefit from more features and options. Rest assured, we are always looking into adding more options and flexibility while staying true to the purpose of our product. We will continually be releasing new features and options.
