I wish it was better

I really wanted to make this software work for me. I'm using another software which is not great but it's functional enough to use. It comes with a hefty monthly fee which I was hoping Plai would be an affordable alternative.

Plai's interface looks simple enough. However, because it's fairly new and there are some bugs, I find the UI confusing. I think it's trying to do too many things at the same time. I agree with someone down below that they don't need a landing page and an app. They just need to focus on making this software good at what it's supposed to do.

The ads editor is simple but once again, some features don't work and I find that just using the ads manager on Facebook is easier to use than having to deal with Plai's UI.

Training and support is lacking in this software. Sure they have a chat on tech support. But I'd like a better onboarding or even some live walkthrough on how this software will make running ads easier for me and my clients. So far, it doesn't.

Thus I hate to give it a low taco score. I'm thinking of keeping it hoping that they make some serious improvements to it and not be a jack of all trades type of software.
