The interface is detailed, reducing the repetitiveness and generality often found in traditional AI by ensuring more user input. However, a significant drawback is the need to know your product pricing structure from the start, which isn't applicable for my non-profit approach. I've explored other business plan creators like Venture Kit. They cater more to the initial stages of creation but suffer from repetitive and overly general AI. Another downside of PlanPros is the lack of courses on their website. If there is a way to create a business plan for a non-profit, they don't provide any fundamental business education. In summary, this tool isn't ideal for beginners but excels in ensuring thorough business planning.

Jan 13, 2025Thanks for your review. I wish you would have reached out because PlanPros works perfectly for non-profits. In the "pricing" section, you simply should specify that you're not selling any products/services and it will work perfectly.
We don't hide that section for non-profits, because many non-profits do sell products/services to bring in revenues to fund programs and operations.
Understood about your point for adding information to our site that would have told you this. The issue there is that PlanPros can be used for any type of business, and many businesses like non-profits, pharmacies, etc., have unique aspects, so our documentation would have to be too extensive to cover every single contingency.
