My only current issues are around the non-obvious nature of Video with Sound. The site suggests it exists and you would think you would be able to have sound on with a click or some other way. I can embed, I can insert links but I cannot get sound to play. They also have a way to go to get the interface really usable, the UX is rudimentary. A word of caution if you are using an API key to embed in a new campaign on MailChimp - you must have EVERYTHING as you want it as the template is not editable after you insert the video.

I must be missing something here, because when I "embed" my video into Infusionsoft, all I get (and see) is a GIF with no audio. The actual video never plays. I might as well just insert a photo or GIF if the video doesn't actually work. Maybe I'm missing something but, as least with Infusionsoft, this is relatively useless.
