My only current issues are around the non-obvious nature of Video with Sound. The site suggests it exists and you would think you would be able to have sound on with a click or some other way. I can embed, I can insert links but I cannot get sound to play. They also have a way to go to get the interface really usable, the UX is rudimentary. A word of caution if you are using an API key to embed in a new campaign on MailChimp - you must have EVERYTHING as you want it as the template is not editable after you insert the video.

I must be missing something here, because when I "embed" my video into Infusionsoft, all I get (and see) is a GIF with no audio. The actual video never plays. I might as well just insert a photo or GIF if the video doesn't actually work. Maybe I'm missing something but, as least with Infusionsoft, this is relatively useless.

I have tested the functionality by emailing a couple of people, but I love the idea. It was pretty straight forward to get going.
I did have trouble uploading a video directly to the site, so I opted to upload it to YouTube first and then used the URL to import the video. That method worked without a hitch. I'm not sure if there was something wrong with my video format (YouTube took it just fine), but it was an MP4 which is listed as a supported file type. Since the workaround wasn't hard, no tacos deducted.
The current branding doesn't bother me in the least, so thank you to all the people here that got the issue the proper attention it needed. I'm happy that the creator listened to the feedback. That makes me hopeful that this product will only get better with time.
Overall, I think concept and execution deserve 5 tacos. I'm betting on things only getting better from here, so I'm confident this was a good investment.
