Anna_AODCQ: Where is my lifetime plan and account
I purchased a lifetime plan on AppSumo in 2022. I have emailed you my account profile details.
The plan that I purchased includes 20K words per month.
Upon logging in the platform, it shows only “Free Plan” and it says that I am not on a Plan.
In opening the Studio, it shows that you have deprecated my files, thus making them unavailable.
Why have you eliminated my lifetime plan?
Please advise me on this matter. Thank you.

It is apparent that the company does not have any intention to assist early supporters like us. They have ignored my email inquiries and questions posed here. Clearly they made a business decision that shows their true colors. They do not value nor care about AppSumo subscribers and have no problem ignoring their commitment to "Lifetime" accounts. Quite regrettable and harms the AppSumo brand too
