Q: Why Refil Crdit is not working and does Appsumo Provide Lifetime Deal Insurance.

I purchased lifetime deal but its credits are not refilling. There should be some Appsumo Insurance that if any tool stops working for AppSumo Users then AppSumo May Provide Insurance Claim.
