Strange... one month ago I wrote here (in questions) "I think Play.ht has enormous potential, but unfortunately I didn't buy your product". But I bought :) I was testing it during couple of days and here are my...
... main pluses:
- really fast working of everything,
- UX - platform is very, very intuitive and looks attractive,
- beatiful and customizable design of website player (I love it!),
- you're working on your product - I can see roadmap and vote and see that you make your product better and better,
- 10k words (love it too!) - it shows you're really hear your users - so great information :)
- huge hosting - I plan to use this tool to upload and share my podcasts and price is fine for me for just that.

... and minuses:
- Polish voices aren't natural. They sound really good in some short sentences (especially Szymon, Nicola, Ewa, Oliwia, Kacper and Antoni), but when I tried to create full textes (about 1.500 words) and I changed different options... the sounds bad, so I don't use main functionality of the tool. I really hope the future voices (or current voices but with more options of customize them?) will be better and I can use them :)

I can't wait if/when you add option to record user's own voice and "teach" it AI!
