Credits stopped rerolling. Contacted custmer service. No response.

I recently noticed that my Play.ht account is showing as a "Free Plan," even though I purchased the Tier 3 plan through AppSumo and have been using the app regularly.

Did Play.ht go back on the deal that was originally offered through this platform? This seems to be a recurring issue with text to voice tools on AppSumo, and it’s incredibly frustrating to experience this again.

Please look into this and let me know how it can be resolved.

Since 2021, I have used Play ht to help me with my novel writing. Hearing the words spoken helps to identify minor niggles I can address. The quality of ultra-realistic voices are excellent. I had an upgrade to 16000 words per month as I helped provide feedback to various upgrades and reported bugs. I was due for my monthly renewal on the 29th May, but nothing has been credited. It just states Free plan and the message for me to upgrade. I've sent messages to Support and have heard nothing back. This is poor service. A lifetime deal, but not any more. I'm now looking at other options.

Now, we can't even use the advanced voices. Only the standard voices are available, which are useless. AppSumo, please do something.

I log into my lifetime account and get sent to their new, highly impressive, upgraded "Ultra-Realistic Studio" which - regrettably - is not available under the AppSumo plan. They left us early adopters on a "Standard Studio" with the less authentic, less realistic voices and none of their new features. I wish that AppSumo held these software startups to a higher standard by ensuring the audience that paid for their early days of development get to benefit from the current capabilities and upgrades. Play.ht throws it right in my face every time I login - 'here is our amazing top tier platform... but you can switch over to the old lower quality platform if you're unwilling to pay us more'. Super disappointed and disgusted.
