I purchased this lifetime deal because I saw potential. Just like all the other early investors to this. We're all investors when we buy into this. However, they excluded us out of the deal when they came up with a totally separate portal now charge for the new features of Play.ht. I have no credits into the new service they created play.ai. It allows you to generate a voice clone, ai voice agents, ultra realistic voices and much more. I did reach out to them and confirm I was not part of this and will need a new monthly paid plan into this service. What I'm seen with appsumo, they are allowing us to invest into the basic idea of a platform and then dump us. This is not what I sign up for!
