I suppose this is what I give only to those who have been SHORTLISTED and this will be stage two to make that LIST even SHORTER? Because 50 videos is too short for any hiring process of ours. Is there no way to double this as an LTD is there?

I would love to be able to have a prerecorded video of myself asking a specific question & then let the interviewer answer that question via video. Is any of this possible, or is it all text based questions on the interviewers side?
