For a long time on various projects, I had to conduct a huge number of technical interviews. It was very tiring and, moreover, there was no time left for my main tasks. The CVs that HR gave me for consideration were dry and monotonous and did not allow me to understand what the candidate really knows, and what he mentioned only as a popular term. This was the main impetus for the Playhunt project. 🚀

Working on the project, we tried to follow the KISS rule (“Keep it simple, stupid”) in everything. Our goal: to create a tool that will be as simple, understandable, and convenient as possible for both the company and the candidate to use.

Having removed all unnecessary, we have left only the main thing: you can create and share interviews in just a couple of clicks. If you already have a prepared list of questions, it will take no more than a few minutes.

*** Is Playhunt a replacement for live interviews?

NO! It is very difficult to fully replace live communication with a person with technology. Playhunt is a convenient addition to a candidate's resume that allows you to invite only the best for interviews, thus saving time for both the company and the candidates.

*** How to prepare questions for the video questionnaire?

You should not ask very difficult questions, to which the candidate may have counter-questions with clarification. Questions should be simple and unambiguous, the main goal is to understand how well the candidate is oriented in the topic.

*** Will the candidate be comfortable with this platform?

In confirmation of the fact that the platform is convenient, we receive a lot of positive feedback from candidates who have already used our platform
