I still give 5 tacos in spite of my review below. I purchased 2nd code because it is good tool after all, though need some work.

I use mainly Heatmaps, Scroll Depth and Video Session. These are the main data that is easy to understand and helps a lot. Viddeo helped me to fix something I wasn`t aware of.
Also, with scroll depth one would think what`s going wrong that people don`t go deeper than half of the page. This answer we must guess by ourselves, but at least we know that there is something not right and need to be changed.

Heatmaps.
The numbers on page apears after several seconds, sometimes immediatelly. When scrolling the page, then the numbers disapear and scrolling back it takes a few seconds for them to apear again or not at all. I don`t know what the colors of circle with number mean.

Scroll Depth
This is the most clear data inside the admin with numbers as well as on the page.

Analytics Overal

There are many numbers inside that may confuse someone. I would say the numbers are there but may not have any meaning to us at the first look.
Let`s say "H5", Tag1, "Text", "Text Field" what are these? Click on tag? It is not on the website. Someone came from UTM link (5 clicks). Which one? No data. I know that I have one on social media, but then Social Media field shows no one came from SM 0 (zero). I think it should be at least small question mark that we can hover over to get some explenation.
Because of those confusion I look only into Organic, Direct and Refrrals fields. These are very clear. Besides as above, no idea about H5,6,Tag, etc.

Forms and Feedback
At least for me don`t need at all, but who knows. I haven`t tried and may not use them because I own Astra Theme Pro Bundle Agency LTD which includes ConvertPro. I also have Convertbox LTD purchased loong time ago, so not need 3rd one.

SEO
Gives basic which helps. I know the team works on improving it.

Video Sessions
I like them to watch. Block own IP doesn`t work (I don`t hav denamic IP) It will always record your own IP even though it has been indicated as Blocked. I always have to go and delete my videos of me testing websites, including videos when I`m logged in to admin area.

Goal Events
Not easy to set up. Probably most of us have some idea about Inspect Elements and code there. Yes, in order to set up goal such as Button, one must open the page and then IE to take a appropriate code to insert into field to trace it. Soemtimes is not easy to find which part of the line I need to copy and paste into the field.

It sounds like I have many issues but still purhased 2nd code after a week. The reason is that I like it a lot. It gives good information and I believe that the team behind is working on improvement and make more clear to undertand the numbers. Only through investing it will help them to develop this software further.
