Pretty UI, but has issues
I've used a number of similar tools, including TruConversion (also via AppSumo). This one looks good and does some of the features decently, but the UI also has plenty of bugs. For example, certain pages I load on my phone just loop over and over again in Chrome. Bug is still there a month later.
Certain modals on desktop disappear just as I click into the textbox. In-app pop-ups advertise their Chrome extension... even when I had it installed.
Worst of all, however, was support. Part of their onboarding service offers a call with a CSM. Nice, I thought. I booked a time two weeks out to meet with Victoria. She no-showed the meeting. I emailed and got no response. Then Andrew sent a broadcast email about Plerdy's SERP Checker feature. Again, it contained a link that said "P.P.S. Looking to boost your conversions? Reach out to Victoria!". Emailed Andrew too, and weeks later, never heard back.
For now, this is another tool with high ratings and looks good... that I'm putting it on the shelf hoping the team buttons up its functionality.

Uhh, that really didn’t go as it should have! 😬 I just checked, and somehow your email ended up in a different folder, which is super rare for us. I’m really sorry you had to deal with that! I also spoke with Victoria, and she was just as surprised because she always attends scheduled calls and helps customers.
I totally get why you're frustrated, so let me clarify a few things:
1️⃣ Mobile Issues – We haven’t put a strong focus on mobile optimization since 99% of our users analyze behavior on desktops/laptops. That being said, we’re working on updates to improve the experience on mobile soon.
2️⃣ Disappearing Pop-ups – I’m not exactly sure what you meant here, and I don’t see any support tickets from you. If you could share more details, we’d be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.
3️⃣ Chrome Extension Pop-up – Unfortunately, our pop-ups don’t have direct integration with Chrome to detect whether the extension is installed. That’s actually a great idea! But for now, you can just close the pop-up, and it won’t appear again.
