What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?
Over the past decade, I’ve led product teams at LinkedIn and Amazon, where I worked on everything from scaling AI infrastructure to launching consumer-grade personalization systems. I’ve always been obsessed with creating tools that unlock speed and creativity for builders. Since I was 10 years old, I’ve been a builder—and over the years, I’ve built and sold multiple products. Some failed, others reached millions of users. That journey taught me one thing: the winners ship fast, test faster, and solve a painfully specific problem. That’s exactly why PLG OS exists today. PLG OS is a direct response to that insight—designed to eliminate the friction of building personalized in-app experiences like onboarding, gamification, and feedback flows. Since launch, users have deployed flows in under 30 seconds, launched entire onboarding systems in minutes, and built loyalty mechanics that would’ve taken weeks—without writing code. Success for me isn’t just about exits—it’s about enabling thousands of product and growth teams to ship better user experiences at lightning speed. That’s the mission PLG OS is built on.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?
The idea for PLG OS came from what I kept seeing around me—at past companies I worked at, and in conversations with founders, PMs, and growth teams. Every time someone wanted to run a simple onboarding experiment, collect feedback, or try out gamification, it turned into a full dev cycle. Weeks of tickets, cross-team dependencies, and missed opportunities. Most teams know what they want to try—but they’re blocked by engineering time, limited tools, and the complexity of stitching everything together. PLG OS is my response to that pain. It gives teams the power to launch personalized in-app experiences in minutes—onboarding, feedback prompts, loyalty systems, analytics—all without code. Just configure and ship. Fast. I’m passionate about this because I’ve watched too many great ideas die in backlogs. PLG OS exists so teams can move at the speed of their ideas—and actually learn what works before it’s too late.
What problem is your product solving and how?
Most SaaS teams struggle to move fast when it comes to onboarding, engagement, and retention. They have ideas—run an NPS survey here, show a tooltip there, reward loyal users—but executing those ideas takes weeks of engineering. By the time it ships, it's already outdated or irrelevant. PLG OS solves that problem by letting you launch personalized in-app experiences in minutes—no code, no dev backlog. You can build onboarding flows, gamification loops, feedback prompts, and analytics dashboards using a single, intuitive interface. Just configure, target, and go live.
What sets PLG OS apart:
- Speed: Live in under 30 seconds—most tools take hours or days.
- All-in-one: Onboarding, feedback, gamification, and analytics in one place (not 4 different tools).
- No-code + extensible: Power for non-devs, flexibility for devs.
- Behavior-driven: Every experience is tied to real user actions and data.
Instead of waiting weeks to test an idea, you can do it before your next coffee break. That’s the edge PLG OS gives you.
