HY65624Q: Cam add an auto-reply chatbot to T5 (without BYOK)?
If add auto-reply to T5, I would pay for T5 immediately, but I am still considering it now. I believe that people who are considering purchasing it are also considering it. I hope you can reconsider this possibility, because the visibility of the auto-reply function (no need to bring BYOK or only need it when a certain amount is exceeded each month) may actually be the function that most people use on the website.
It is not necessary to increase the price of each level, but T5 is the highest level and worth more than $500, which is a big incentive and demand.

The team right now is actively looking into if we can make auto-reply available in Tier 5 without requiring BYOK. It’s a high-demand feature, and we totally get that it could be the deciding factor for many.
If we were just a chatbot tool, it’d be easier to bundle auto-reply in for free. But PLG OS includes 50+ components — from onboarding to referrals, surveys, gamification, feedback, and more — saving you from paying for 5–10 different tools.
With that being said, for AI Chatbot, We just need to figure out a sustainable way to support the infra cost — whether that’s through a built-in limit, a small optional fee, or possibly bundling some messages directly into T5. Not fully decided yet, but let me get back in a few days 😅
