Q: Context-Specific Help
Hello Shubham_Questera, thank you for your response. I have two further questions.
My current help system shows the help article specific to the page the user is on. If they are on the product page, it shows the article for that page (how to use filters, etc.). If they are on the wishlist page, it shows the article for how to use the wishlist. The widget shows an iframe containing the help article.
Is there a way to achieve similar functionality using PLG OS?
My second question is to confirm my understanding - my current chatbot was trained and has access to all of our help articles so that users can ask it questions and get high-quality answers from the bot. I believe that I can achieve this same functionality using my own OpenAI key, correct?
Thank you so much for your help answering my questions.

And yes — your understanding is correct about the chatbot. You can upload your help articles/docs and train the bot, either using your own OpenAI key or (soon) through an add-on so you don’t need BYOK. Just let me know if you’d like the team to help configure it.
