A: Here are the quick answers

Q1. Framer + WordPress (LMS) — Embed after login?
Yes, you can embed PLG OS in both Framer and WordPress. For post-login tracking, just pass the user’s email/ID using our identifyUser() script to track them across both platforms.

Q2. Are 10 onboarding questions = 10 components?
No — a full onboarding flow with multiple steps/questions is usually counted as 1 component. We don’t charge you for each step individually.

Q3. 10K Tracked Users = Only 10K Total?
It’s 10K monthly, not lifetime. If you have 11K students over a year, they’ll only count toward your limit if they interact that month (e.g., with gamification, feedback, etc.). So no worries — you're not locked to a total of 10K forever.

Q4. Gamification Videos / Leaderboards?
Totally valid ask — we’re working on demo videos to show how features like scratch cards, random rewards, and leaderboards work. Yes, they can be customized, tracked, and saved per logged-in user, even across large audiences like 100K+ users on WordPress.

Q5. What are Custom Events, Attributes & Feature Flags?
Custom Events = Track actions (e.g., completed lesson, clicked "Buy Now")
Attributes = Store data (e.g., user’s course level, plan type)
Feature Flags = Show/hide features for specific users (e.g., beta access)

All these help you personalize onboarding, unlock rewards, or show different UI based on who the user is.

Happy to guide you based on your exact use case — just let me know! Would love to get on a call and help.
