Q: Tracked users
Hi Shubham, what is a monthly tracked users? Is it like visitors using the chatbot or asking something? Once we have exceed the limit, then the widget will stopped or only stopped tracking the users? What are the advantages of the tracking users. Thanks so much!

Aug 12, 2025A: MTUs are the users taking any action on the components like asking chatbot a question or filling onboarding form or quiz etc, visitors will not be counted in it.
If 1 active user messages on the chatbot 10 times, participates in 10 surveys, and is being tracked with streaks component as well. -> Pricing wise they will be counted only 1 time.
We set the pricing this way to make it more beneficial to users and to make pricing less confusing, otherwise pricing would be 100 form fills, 1000 messages on chatbot etc etc.

lola0Yes, but the highest tier is still exclusive to the appsumo plus members. A pity, you miss sales, this highest tier is the only one that worths it. Plus members are fomo members that won't use 80% of the products they bought, most of them are not business owners.
