Great support... during promotions only.
3 stars. Just 'cos I'm not evil.
Good: It's the only thing I know that can do some of these things. Okay platform as a checkout cart. (Although I thought it was a full on e-commerce platform). No extra fees.
Bad: Minus 2 stars for... unsatisfactory support. UI/UX doesn't bring joy. Knowledgebase outdated. YouTube videos at least 7 months old. Lots of missing features. Doesn't have Arabic. They said RTL languages are a different issue, but they're working on it.

I e-mailed them after being frustrated trying to do some things. This was the reply I got:

I have checked your plugs and they are working as expected. Custom Plugs do not have snippets they are used on your own elements.
Regarding images, pnp is not a storefront solution, we offer a checkout cart. I hope this clarifies things. Have a nice weekend.

Would have been great if it said something like:
"What you could do is THIS AND THAT OR THIS...

This was today.
Reply speed today was okay (around 5 hours; not over a day), but it's tantamount to:
"You did that. So it did that.
This is what it can do. Don't expect it to do something else.
Bye. :')"

Prior to that was the trouble of stacking them.
It went like this:
Me: "I stacked 3 codes but I didn't get 4 accounts."
Plug&Paid: [verbatim] "Stacking upgrades happen via helpdesk. Can you let us know what plan do you want to get ? "
Me: "10 codes, for the agency star please. Where is the helpdesk?"
P: [verbatim] "This is helpdesk, send me your codes and we will apply it."
Me: "Here are the 7 remaining codes"
P: [verbatim] "You have sent me 7 codes instead of 10. Cheers!"
Me: [verbatim] "Aha, I thought I didn't need to include the first three
since I've already activated them. Please see below all 10 codes..."
P: [verbatim; 5 days later] "It is done. Thank you for the support."
8 e-mails.

And the only person who answers me was some guy or girl named "Helpdesk plug&paid Support Team".*
Why doesn't he/she have a normal human name? :') :')
(*Yeah, yeah I know, it's some person or team. Still nameless though :'p)
