Have staked 10 codes even though I know most of the things are on the roadmap. So first I want to say, I hope you "do not pull a plug on us" and we are left with just "paid invoice" and no promised features delivered =).
1). Great customer service so far, but we hope you keep it that way in the future as well.
2). So many FB groups are created representing Plug n Paid. I think it will do more harm in the future as many will be misinformed on who is an official representative. So please create an official group as other SaaS founders did. Can have separate groups for agency owners and non-agency.
3). Even though your interface is easy to navigate and looks great, please make that "gray" color lighter or even whiter like in your YouTube videos. Current dark gray makes it look like I am on Windows in the 90s, as well as is hard on the eyes for me personally.
4). Please bring integration with Printful. We need to take payments while Printful automatically auto fulfilling the orders. Why asking this? Not just because I personally do print on demand business as a side hustle, but because this will open you guys access to a whole new group of potential PAID customers. Print on Demand is very popular currently and will be for a long time, tons of people into it so would smart to follow footsteps of (Gumroad, Shopify, WooCommerce, and many others) who integrate with Printful. And I personally feel Plug n Paid will be awesome with this integration, especially with social selling we can do on Instagram and Facebook.
5). Apple Pay is a must have (especially for checking out during mobile purchase on Instagram/Facebook).
6). Please introduce more ways to protect digital files. As well as the ability to add video previews for products.
7). We have trusted your promise, Appsumo's authority (which lately has been damaged a little by so many past deals founders letting Sumolings down). Many have invested in agency stack, which is basically a roadmap. So we wish you success, inspiration, dedication to achieving all planned features, but when you reach your goals, do not pull a plug on us.

I truly feel Plug n Paid can, and hopefully will become the leader in the market!
