Q: I have been asking for this deal back, and I'm still asking today!
Please, bring PLUTIO back quickly! I imagine it would immensely benefit my client interactions positively, in my crowded industry segment. Other products on the market do not cut it for me when compared with it so I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that this deal comes back really soon.
I hope the Plutio team sees and acts on this ever so kindly (and hastily)!
HeadHoncho, it's not coming back, they just sent me an email, check out the next best thing it's called AgencyHandy and there is a LTD on it NOW for 4 days just google it
@Khaled.Mo.Adel - I have two codes, if you want it. Bought it, never used it.
Q: Wedding & Event Booking Business Use
Can I use this app for my wedding ceremony & event booking business?
I need to custom: 1. The scheduler confirmation that says "Your meeting with is confirmed" to "Your booking with [Project name] Confirmed", Ideally. Just: "Your booking is confirmed: I do not want to use my company name here as it is different than the sub business and I do not want my name on here either. 2. I need to set the exact event bookings available. Ex. Saturday: 1-3:30pm & 4:30-6pm 3. A category booking for zoom meetings for meeting the couple.
Great! Could you comment a little on how it would work and when it would be available?
I have already bought a code.
On the other hand, a vital issue for me is the invoicing system. I live in Argentina and all my clients are from here. You are considering integrating with AFIP, the government system that regulates invoicing in our country. Is that possible?
Plutio was born out of frustration trying to run a freelance business using multiple apps. It all started around the time I discovered freelancing back when I was 15, with Dubai International Airport as my very first paying client.
However fun and satisfying freelancing can be, I had to constantly jump between apps, duplicate data between apps, pay multiple subscriptions and then use even more apps to “connect” them all together - I was sunk in a productivity maze, which pulled me back from growing the business.
So I've decided to build Plutio when I’ve come to realise that fellow freelancers and small businesses all over the world faced similar hurdles.
It was 2017 when Plutio first launched out of beta in partnership with AppSumo with a vision to become the complete suite of tools you will ever need to start, run and grow your business.
The overwhelming support and love we’ve received has fuelled us through the past 5 years, as we build on our promise. And here we are today, 5 years later, coming back to you stronger than ever.
From a team of ONE to a team of 5 super passionate people.
From a community of just a few hundreds to a strong global community tens of thousands of business owners.
From a basic tool to a fully featured and robust platform.
Today with Plutio you can manage projects, communicate with clients, share files, create proposals, send invoices and get paid, plus so much more - all from one app. Plutio is incredibly customisable and deeply personalised, so you can be sure it works your way, not the other way around.
Here's just some of what you can do with Plutio today:
✅Interactive Dashboards: Create fully customisable dashboards and client portals with rich content, interactive charts, metrics and more. ✅Easy Project Management: From tasks and time tracking to files and discussions, everything you need to complete projects in one place. Our tasks system is incredibly flexible and have multi task boards, tags, custom fields, comments and more. ✅Painless Time Tracking: Track and bill for your time from anywhere. Visualise everyone's time entries in a powerful time-sheet. ✅Professional Invoicing: Send invoices in minutes, track when they are opened and get paid swiftly through a variety of payment methods like PayPal, Square and Stripe. We support one-off invoices, instalments, and recurring billing. ✅ Winning Proposals: Create eye-catching proposals and legally binding contracts using an intuitive drag and drop editor. Track when they are opened and signed. ✅ Feature-rich Inbox: Communicate with anyone in your business through real-time direct messaging, group channels and project discussions. ✅ Engaging Forms & Surveys: Collect information through beautiful and responsive forms that can be shared online using a link or embedded anywhere.
A: Plus so much more such as: themes editor, calendar, files system, build-in design editor, API, integrations with Zapier, Integromat, Stripe, Square, PayPal, and more.
You can see our roadmap at https://roadmap.plutio.com for a deep overview of the features we're currently working, but here is a quick sneak peek:
[soon] Automation (it is so powerful you are mind is going to blow) [soon] Scheduling [soon] CRM [future] Marketing tools [future] Built-in emails + so much more....
So, come along and join us in an existing journey to build the most streamlined way to run your business and get work done!
I am really loving your product now - it took me a while to figure it out, because there is just so much stuff. I mean that in a good way, though!
I am taking on the responsibility of finding and setting up a project management tool for my company. I have gone through a few, but they were either too complex, poorly made or too limited for the price, didn't have native apps etc etc.
Plutio is just perfect for us. It's great. I am just missing a few automations. Not a deal breaker, and I see you have it on the roadmap. However, it seems to be in "planning", but you write "soon" here. Can give any hints on how long the wait will be? I understand it is not something you can easily put a date on. I was just maybe hoping you had a bit more info and the roadmap maybe was not updated.
I'm sorry, I feel like an idiot, I can't find the "Ask a Question" button. So I'm just going to ask it here: Does plutio have a built-in email client?
Right now I'm using Zoho one, but I'm really only using email (as opposed to using gmail), crm, project manager, and bookkeepping. At $35/seat/month, it discourages me from connecting my subcontractors into my system, which makes managing projects and timesheet kind of complicated.
If Plutio could replace those four tools, I'll switch in a heartbeat. I've looked on the site, and I see references to email and communication, but I'm not sure if that's just managing CRM related emails, or if I can do all of my day-to-day email inside of Plutio.
Q: Hi, I'm trying it right now and have few questions:
1- I see 30 contributors on you webpage for the Team Plan.
Is contributor = teammate? Then for sumo-lings, the number of contributor is link to which tier we choose ?
2- About the mails, is it possible to add our professional mail with imap, like in Hubspot or do we need to change the MX on our server?
3- I see in the billing, that I can't add many taxes. I'm in Canada and we often have 2 different taxes with different rates. I saw in the setting that I can add as many taxes as I want but : 1- I can't add my tax number and 2- I can't call those fields anywhere in the Invoice or Estimation even whith customized field.
4- I really like the fact to be able to add several companies. Is there a limit for that?
5- Will appreciate a Waveapps integration for accounting as you seem not including it yet. Any plans for that?
6- What's the storage limit for the files manager?
I'm pretty impressed by the French translation which is one of the best I found till now for CRM tools on Appsumo. The UI is pretty nice and UX is well done. I like the tasks feature which remind me of Freedcamp (that I really like).
I am so glad that you wrote about this because I forgot what the TEAM PLAN we were to have lifetime updates on included. Since Plutio has removed the TEAM PLAN my active contributors were reduced to 20? Surely that is an error.
Q: So Plutio has done away with the TEAM PLAN that we were to have future updates on with this AppSumo purchase.
I have not really started using Plutio and I am just wondering what other users are experiencing with these changes. Thoughts?
I have purchased and I see a section for white-labelling at $9 a month. One of the main reasons I purchased Plutio at the highest rate offer is so that I can have white-label included. Please verify.
A: You only need to stack 2 codes of the new AppSumo2021 deal on your existing AppSumo workspace to unlock white-label.
However, if you are a new customer or if you are trying to unlock white-label on a workspace that does not have an existing AppSumo life time deal then you need to stack 4 codes.
HI! I do have four codes stacked and I'm showing White Label as "Active" and "$9 per month" on my account. Is this just a label (the $9/month) or did I sign up for that and am getting charged? I don't think that's the case but it's a little confusing :) Thanks!
Q: I am a new user and I purchased through AppSumo.
My question is if we don't buy the 4 tier and buy 1 license are we able to anything displaying Plutio? Or is the Plutio not displayed Or is it displayed on any of the paperwork of all features in this app? I want to have an idea I can remove your brand and leave blank? or not?
Q: About styling and branding when using Plutio: besides colors and intuitive blocks, any plans on including ...
custom fonts to personalize the experience on that end, as well?
I can see you use Roboto for Plutio, but if that is not the font I use for my business, will I be able to choose the font I want (at least from Google fonts or – dare I say it – Adobe fonts)?
Done and submitted! Thank you for the reply and for creating Plutio. Joined as a white-label customer and super happy for my decision! Keep up the great work, guys.
Q: What are your plans and functionality to include/interact Plutio with Wordpress?
For Wordpress integration between a company homepage/wordpress site and Plutio: I am thinking on for example:
1) Forms in shortcode or similar so that customer fills in a form from Plutio which is embedded in Wordpress site, forms could be for support issues/ bug reports questions to support, question for sales etc, which in Plutio can be converted to tasks.
2) Chat-function - embedded in Wordpress site so that when there is a chat-request one can use tasks in Plutio to handle request for future/ support/help-desk issues as well as answering in the chat directly for direct support ( this instead of having separate chat function in Wordpress site)
3) Embedded form/ link for booking meetings in Plutio including automatic tasks etc if needed, maybe even with possibility to charge client when booking is placed.
4) presenting information from Plutio in the worpress site - could be plans, support tickets if using Plutio for support/helpdesk etc
Q: Hi Leo (and Sumolings),
Can someone explain what the white labelling option really brings to the client ...
experience besides having your own domain name and login screen?
I know for a lot of users this is important, but I'd love to understand what else there is to it that makes it so valuable. I've used Monday.com, Asana, Trello, ClickUp etc. and none of these solutions really take away anything from the experience, even without a custom domain.
Any thoughts and insights would be extremely helpful.
I've seen this asked before but there is no response. This is a dealbreaker for me, so I'm hoping Leo or someone comes in and answers this before the time runs out.
Q: Hello Plutio team, quick question:
most apps call themselves project management but are in essence, work management (1).
In my industry of training (just like events), I deal with hard deadlines (2) - dates that cannot change even if there is a delay in a previous dependable. Unfortunately, most apps on the market do not offer the possibility of setting the hard, unchangeable, dates for projects.
Do you have the possibility of setting hard deadlines, with notices/flags that indicate if all the dependencies are no longer going to make the end date #2, or are you like most where the end date would also be pushed out #1?
Q: I wanted to clarify about the white label option.
I previously bought Plutio through an AppSumo LTD offer. I now pay $9 a month extra for my white label option. So, if I understand it correctly, if I buy two more codes now and add those to my Plutio account, I won't need to pay the extra $9/month for white label anymore as it will be included?
A: You only need to stack 2 codes of the new AppSumo2021 deal on your existing AppSumo workspace to unlock white-label.
However, if you are a new customer or if you are trying to unlock white-label on a workspace that does not have an existing AppSumo life time deal then you need to stack 4 codes.
Q: Hey Leo,
Can you please confirm for me how this works?
If we purchase the plan for a team of 5 and the Appsumo deal expires can we come back in a few months time and upgrade up another tier within the appsumo deal or?
A: This is a life time deal, you buy in once and you are set for life.
If you want to add white-label on top: you only need to stack 2 codes of the new AppSumo2021 deal on your existing AppSumo workspace to unlock white-label.
However, if you are a new customer or if you are trying to unlock white-label on a workspace that does not have an existing AppSumo life time deal then you need to stack 4 codes.
I currently use niftypm strickly as a project management tool. I'm looking to move away from it to this because of the client management tools it provides. I'll probably keep my team on Nifty and use this for client relations.
Q: Hello,
I recently bought plutio with only 1 code, to test it, and I have been practicing with the tool for two days.
I consider it to be fabulous software, with enormous potential. Immense potential.
I am considering buying 3 more codes to access, in addition to the one I already have, the white label, which interests me.
BUT, I have three problems that concern me and I would like to consult them:
Problem 01: Plutio is very slow to boot. I have a fast internet connection of 600 mbs that I test and it is correct. Absolutely all other softwares are very fast for me due to my bandwidth and connection quality, but Plutio ... mmmm, I don't know, it is very slow at startup. And even sometimes, no matter how much I refresh the browser, it does not finish booting. This worries me a lot, especially when thinking about acquiring more codes and, above all, for the future that awaits me if this problem persists.
Problem 02: The second problem that I do not understand is that, to test, I registered a second test company and it turns out that when I access its control panel, it tells me that I am on a test subscription in which I only have 7 days left. I do not get it.
Problem 03: In the support that the tool has, the options to "send a message" or to "report an error" do not work, it only allows you to open the help center, that is the reason why I send you these queries here.
I would need clarification on these three issues as soon as possible.
A: 1) We are working on speeding up the app, stay tuned! 2) Yes, each worksapce requires its own set of codes. 3) Sorry about that, you can also reach us via help@plutio.com

Thank you very much and best regards.
