Can I use this app for my wedding ceremony & event booking business?

I need to custom:
1. The scheduler confirmation that says "Your meeting with is confirmed" to "Your booking with [Project name] Confirmed", Ideally. Just: "Your booking is confirmed: I do not want to use my company name here as it is different than the sub business and I do not want my name on here either.
2. I need to set the exact event bookings available. Ex. Saturday: 1-3:30pm & 4:30-6pm
3. A category booking for zoom meetings for meeting the couple.
