I’ve bought Pluto twice I gave up the first time and I’m giving up again this time it looks like it could be an amazing tool and I really would love to be able to use it however so far my experience of Plutio has just been incredibly stressful and confusing I have absolutely no idea on how to import my existing customers into the system no idea how to set up the system to work for my company and it is anything but stress relieving and simple. I really hope one day the company work on the way of introducing you to the system and supporting you through it set up if they can provide some premade set ups that you could just customise and then perhaps learn how to use from that and add to it in the future as you become confident with it I think it would be a huge help. The current walk-through note? is not helpful at all and if I’m honest it’s just more confusing. All this being said I do you think this could be a great tool but the learning curve at the momentIs just too steep for me at least.
