Having tested Plutio heavily for over a two weeks now, the support from them has been second to none. It's industry leading so far and overtakes even Dubsado for customer support.

The interface is really nice to use and streets a head of other PM and CRM tools. It's actually enjoyable to use. I haven't struggled against it as I have had to do with nearly SAAS tool so far. Personally, I hate the Teamwork interface (I know I'm not alone in this), I don't particularly like the Basecamp 2 nor the Dubsado one. Plutio wins against all of these for me.

The task management system is also light years ahead of the likes of Basecamp and Dubsado. It allows multiple boards (Kanban boards), switching between Kanban and list view, repeaters, assignation, custom fields etc. etc.

Whilst Plutio is not the complete business management toolset that I want it to be yet (it cannot replace my current CRM, nor proposal / questionnaire building software for me at present), you can see that it's a work in progress and heading in that direction quickly. The progress since I have been watching it has been rapid.

In terms of workflow, I have already decided to replace the following with Plutio:
- My tasklist workflow (away from Asana).
- Basecamp 2 for project management.

In future, I expect to remove Dubsado / Hubspot for CRM and proposal management. Better Proposals may well take over from Dubsado, but Plutio will definitely replace Hubspot - I can imagine.

The vision that Leo has expressed heavily focused on complete business management and judging by the process so far, I'm confident that Plutio will reach that goal relatively soon.

This is a great app that will soon be saving me £50 p/m from Asana and around £40 p/m from Basecamp 2 already.
