Pretty good, with the potential to be great
Overall, I think Plutio shows lots of promise, and although I’ve only purchased one license so far, I’m likely to snatch up 2 more to get the "premium" treatment if some of the current issues are addressed.
While this list currently has more cons than pros, I’m fairly confident Leo and his team will address most of the cons pretty soon, and I’m still pretty pleased overall with the app, given its current performance and the promise of what it should become.
Pros:
* Simple, intuitive interface.
* Core functionality covers basic project, task and file management, and invoicing (which I haven't spent much time testing yet).
* Support team is very responsive and helpful.
Cons:
* Drag and drop interface doesn’t work properly right now; changes to order and appearance are reverted as soon as you change views (Leo told me they’re in the process of overhauling it now).
* Tasks can’t have subtasks or checklists, which makes it a bit difficult to move from another kanban-style tool like Trello (which is my first priority for getting this integrated into my workflow).
* Can’t hide non-working hours in the calendar view, so it requires quite a bit of scrolling to see tasks scheduled throughout the day, and there are huge amounts of wasted space showing times during which I would never schedule tasks. As such, for now, it makes me not want to use the calendar.
* iOS app seems a bit buggy, or perhaps just very slow, though again, Leo and his team seem to be on this, so I’m looking forward to a fix.
Also: Leo and team, I'm a huge fan of Focuster, which currently offers integration with Trello. I'd love it if you guys considered reaching out to Jordan to see about getting a Plutio/Focuster integration on the roadmap. :)

May 9, 2024Thank you so much for the constructive feedback Taylor!
We are always working on improvements and bug fixes.
Plutio is ambitious and the vision is a huge undertaking, that will take us time to polish and get right.
But i'm confident with your support and the support of everyone in our community - we will get there way sooner!
- Drag and drop, we are actually working on an update as we speak :)
- Sub tasks is on the roadmap.
- Working hours has been added to our backlog.
- IOS is planned to go through a re-development.
Hope this clear things up :D and thank you for your support!
