I will not spend time talking about Plutio's many wonderful features but what I want to talk about it how pretty it is. Is it so customizable with colors and photos and headers. I have all sorts of pretty photos as my background that I generate from my Stencil account. My workspace is extremely pretty. I totally and utterly love it!

Also, I read a book Personal Kanban and also did the course which is offered by Modus Institute. Together those two took my kanban game to a whole new level. Plutio has been the best app for me to implement the Kanban methodology and way of working.

Bonus point is that within each project, it is possible to open an infinite number of new tabs with its all set of tasks. It is a project within a project within a project. Good stuff. For example, under each book writing project, I have a board for research, outlining, writing and the list goes on which allows me to break the project into many less daunting parts.

Another use case for me for Plutio is where to keep my legacy documents - I am buying this deal to create a workspace just for all the documents related to my assets, my will, my important life documents. So, not quite business but perhaps business after all as preparing and leaving behind a set legacy is actually a full time job and is actually many many projects over an entire lifetime! So, I am going to use it for that purpose which is somewhat separate from my business.
