A: Workspaces are a way to group projects and members while also acting as a billing boundary for your account.

For normal use of Poda it is not required that you have multiple workspaces however workspaces help keep projects seperate for different groups of users. For example you could have a work and personal workspace or a workspace for brand, department or company.

By default projects are generally shared to all users within the workspace, however projects can also be private or shared only with specific users.
