I always found it difficult to visualize, plan, and track ideas for my business. I tried writing them down in Google Docs but it would not work very well. I am also a fan of Kanban and tried to use it for following up on plans and tasks but it did not give a clear picture.

When I stumbled upon Poda, I was curious about the visual aspect of the planning and wondered if it would help solve my problem. I tried out the GIST framework and in just a few minutes, created a nice visual view of my goals for the year and the steps I needed to take to reach those.

I found Poda is a really good tool for any kind of planning with a visual concept. The software is easy to use to set up a plan in a very short time. It's easy to drag and drop goals/ideas/tasks during the planning. And it seems to be on a good track of adding customer requested features.
