I am not tech savvy and this was my first time using/purchasing on appsumo! I had difficulty redeeming my purchase and both the podcast.co team and appsumo team were responsive and able to completely sort me out! I REALLY APPRECIATE THIS! Now that I know they are both honorable companies with responsive customer service teams I am happy to promote them to others and purchase more products from them!
