Q: Hello I have sent a couple of emails over the past 24-36 hours and have not got a response.

The app has not. been working for me for the past 36 hours. I have tried in 3 different browsers. Please advise.

This app is great for somethings, transcription good, summaries good, etc. What is frustrating is that there are no tutorials that I can find. No way that I see to download a file, I have to copy and paste it. If I want to add a name vs Speaker 1, speaker 2, it is not possible that I can see. From the sounds of it others are also frustrated not hearing back.
