This app is great for somethings, transcription good, summaries good, etc. What is frustrating is that there are no tutorials that I can find. No way that I see to download a file, I have to copy and paste it. If I want to add a name vs Speaker 1, speaker 2, it is not possible that I can see.
From the sounds of it others are also frustrated not hearing back.
