I did not notice the this deal was non refundable before I purchased a full stack. I put in a search term for one of the shows I listen to (Stacking Benjamins) and NO RESULTS appeared. This is a very popular show that has been around for YEARS so should have shown up, even if the contact info isn't available.

I went to refund (at least one of the codes for this error) and found that I could not do so.

As a long term supporter of AppSumo, I'm disappointed that they allow NON REFUND deals in the group. At the very least, there should be a pop up warning before you hit submit on deals like this.

And, looking at the questions, it doesn't look like this company is very strong on customer support.

So if they come back up as a future deal, you've been warned.

And Appsumo, I hope you do something about better warning Sumolings when there are no refund deals. We aren't used to it on this platform. One of the reasons I use and recommend Appsumo is because of the refund policy. Why are you allowing these here?
