I always prided myself on being a good communicator. I lead a team of 14 from all around the globe and I am American.

After doing a little sniffing around, I realized that sometimes I speak too fast during meetings so I decided to give Poised a try.

I bought a Tier 1 and started using it right away.

This thing is so amazing. It has helped me to prioritize the way I communicate in every meeting AND every video I record. The real time feedback has helped me ton already. I upgraded to tier 2 before the week was out and now I am hooked.

If you lead people and care about them being on the same page then this is a must. I find it reminds me to care about my team and use my speech to honor them by slowing down and removing filler words (which I use a lot!)

I'm excited to get into the learning modules and take my speaking game to the next level!
