Q: Can't you see that your arrogant responses to comments in reviews decrease people's desire to buy your program?
Someone noted that other programs indicate inaccuracies in AI detection when they are checked against each other. Your only response is that those other programs are inaccurate. Someone is upset about the failure to humanize the text. You can only reply that the related tool isn't intended for that purpose. By implication, you, onlooker, read the instructions carefully! You don't see that Polygraf AI has a summary rating of 2.5 out of 5, nor do you see how many people bothered to write anything about it (5). Perhaps you should compare Polygraf AI's marketing results with those of other similar programs and start being more polite to potential customers. Explain rather than criticize.

Jun 11, 2025A: Hi Albert. You are correct that tone is important, and we are not intentionally trying to be that way.
Let’s see if we can clear up our position here: Polygraf AI is not intended as an AI detection evasion or “humanizer” tool. We’re focused on transparency and providing insights on how AI-generated content is perceived on various platforms. The Humanizer is a free, optional beta tool that is designed to assist users in adjusting tone and structure to prevent spam filters and not to trick detection systems. But we also understand the frustration and confusion when expectations don’t match results. The detection space is still developing, and differences between platforms are frequent, even for popular tools. We're trying to improve the communication so that users can more easily understand what each Polygraf feature is for and where its boundaries are.
Thanks for taking the time to comment. All feedback - good or bad - helps us improve our product and our relationship with our users.
I wanted to buy this but the responses have been so rude that I gave up. The deal makes no sense. The best parts of the tool are not included in the deal at all. The annual plan maps to what? No clue? I wanted to buy the deal for everything the founder refused to include in it. It’s really weird how they keep pushing enterprise and ignoring the community concerns.
Same here. I was interested in the product but hesitated because the annual plan is too expensive for me, and I was concerned the LTD lacked useful features. Ultimately, the deciding factor that stopped me from purchasing was the (unedited) responses to Sumolings that seemed shockingly arrogant, aggressive and rude. I'd never speak to someone that! I hope this feedback helps & I wish you well.
I feel the same way. LTD is missing key features. When I recently asked a question, the response felt quite arrogant. I initially wanted to appreciate this product, but I’m now considering a refund, especially since I'm confident that competitors will soon emerge on Appsumo.
Hi Vignesh,
Unfortunately, either I didn't express myself clearly, or you still don't understand. The point is that when you instruct commenters not to do something or explain that a given function is used for something else, you should start by apologising for the unclear instructions and/or poorly designed interface of your program.
And one more thing. If you think I'm picking on you for no reason, I can only repeat: look at your program's ratings, reviews, and sales. That's hardly a success.
Best regards,
Wojciech
