We run an events business and are interested in Polymuse to showcase our styling options and have some questions: - Tiers 1–5 are “Essential.” Would you add Professional features for Tier 5 or offer a separate Tier 6? - The plan offers up to 1000 scans. How are scans defined? If we delete one, is that slot freed? - Can we import our GLB files (used with Aryel.io) into Polymuse, and do they count...
Product configurator was supposed to be available in February but it was not; any real date of availability?

A: Hey, sorry for the late repose. The product configurator is now working in a custom integration for B2B clients. Our public Shopify integration will be available late April. But at this moment we are working closely with partners for a manually done custom integration.
Q: Polygon - A Geometric Shape Used To Build 3D Objects
Smart on you guys for using that term and revolutionizing it within the AR space. Noticed that this has been asked before, but is there an update to be able to use this tool to integrate youtube (or video links) within the offline (real) world via QR Codes?
As marketers, we can see a larger use-case for this functionality moreso than the limited use of interior design that this product sets...

A: Hey, thanks for your interest and sorry for delayed response. We are focusing on furniture businesses at this moment. You can expect the image tracking with video playback and face tracking live by May. We are prioritizing the features based on already paying customers request. But be assured we are already working on the other AR features like QR Code, Image tracking and Face Tracking.
Hi there! 1. Do you allow commercial reselling of the models we create? 2. An IMAGE TO 3D feature would be huge for business and affiliates who don’t have the physical products. Is this on your roadmap? Tysm!

A: 1. Yes you own the the scanned model, we don't keep any rights or responsibility of what you create with our software. 2. Image to 3D AI is already on the roadmap. We will start working on it hopefully from May as the technology is still developing. But you can expect this on the web version from June this year, finger crossed.
